The Hypnobirthing Australia™ classes educate mothers and birth partners about the process of labour and birth, understanding hormonal and body changes and how to create spaces to support your physical and emotional wellbeing.
A 'toolkit' of methods to replace anxiety and fear with a calm, confident mindset include education about non-pharmacological techniques of breathing, massage, acupressure, affirmations, self-hynosis and the use of water, along with education about pharmacological pain relief such as epidurals.

The classes increase self-belief, informed decision making and control over what resources work for you in collaboration with your midwife/doctor. Your birth partner will understand how to best give support and to feel calm themselves. You will have access to exclusive audio soundtracks, eBooks, online resources and videos.
